The latest directive from the Government of Israel ordered 1.1 million people in Northern Gaza to somehow evacuate into an enclave further south, within a window of 24 hours.
This is utterly inhumane, impractical, and a violation of international law.
It is time for Canada to truly step up and oppose such a directive, to stand up for the human rights of Gazans and to work for a just and lasting peace.
